Teleport Global, a Switzerland corporation whose principal address is in Zug, Switzerland (“TG” or “Company”, “Us”, “We”, or “Our”) operates the nodr.io website (the “Service“). 
Before using the information published on this service, please carefully read these Terms of Use. By opening, or using all materials, blogs, forums, accounts, and other features and information provided by the service, you confirm that you act in your own name or in the name of a legal person, possess the relevant powers, and confirm your consent or the consent of the legal person represented by you to observe the conditions below. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not use the service, and do not copy or publish any materials on it. These Terms of Use may be amended by Teleport Global without notice. A new revision of the Terms shall take effect when posted on this page. The continuation of use of the service by the user after changes and/or additions are made to these Terms will mean the user’s agreement with and acceptance of such changes and/or additions. 
All exclusive rights to the materials provided on this site belong to the company.

Teleport Global takes all necessary measures to protect the user’s personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.   •  To use the service in a way that may result in damage, shutdown, overload, or harm to computer hardware and/or software belonging to service users or Teleport Global 
  •  To violate the rules of using the intellectual property of Teleport Global as discussed in the Intellectual Property section below. 
  •  To commit any other violations of applicable legislation and the Terms of Use. 
Herewith you agree that Teleport Global has the right to limit the access of any user of the service for violating the Terms of Use and to employ any reasonable technical measures to achieve this limitation. In addition, you agree that Teleport Global reserves the right to take any necessary action to recoup damages caused by any such violation. 


4. WARRANTIES

Accuracy and completeness of information. The company guarantees the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the information, PC software, text, images, and links that are published on the service. All materials and all their derivatives provided on the service are the objects of intellectual property of the company. 
Changes and updates. Teleport Global reserves the right to change or delete temporarily or permanently these Terms of Use, any other document related to the service, any parts of these documents or any part of the service, or the service as a whole, with or without prior notice. 


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Using the service does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of the company. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you may use the information provided by the service for non-commercial purposes, or for publication in other media or for scientific research, provided that you include an explicit reference to nodr.io. Unless otherwise provided for by written agreement between you and the company, you are not permitted to use any information provided by the service to provide your own commercial services. 
Unless otherwise provided for by written agreement between you and the company, any materials, information, or messages published on or transferred to you by the service will not be considered confidential or protected by any proprietary rights, in addition to the rights to the results of the intellectual activity of Teleport Global. 
Any materials, information, and messages sent by you to the company in relation to the use of the service will not be considered confidential or protected by any proprietary rights and shall not be the object of any remuneration to you or any third party. You shall bear your own full responsibility for sharing this information with the company. 


6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use and any disputes that may arise out of and/or in connection with them shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland. 
If any provision of these Terms of Use is unenforceable or invalid, this provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision whose bona fides the parties consider to match as closely as possible to the invalid or unenforceable provision, attaining the same or a similar economic effect. The same principles shall apply mutatis mutandis in case of any gaps or omissions. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue to be binding and in full force and effect.
